InVision Technologies, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to provide transportation security administration and certified explosives detection systems for aviation industry. The Group operates in two segments: Explosive Detection System and Non-Destructive Testing Products. The Explosive Detection System segment develops, manufactures, markets and supports explosives detection systems for civil aviation security based on advanced computer tomography technology. Non-Destructive Testing Products segment develops, manufactures, markets and supports non-destructive testing systems for a wide range of industrial applications. The products are marketed in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. On 31-Mar-2003, the Group acquired Yxlon International Holding GmbH and on 01-Aug-2003, acquired Hattinger Prufund Entwicklungs GMBH. Explosive Detection systems accounted for 83% of 2003 revenues; Non-Destructive Testing products, 10% and Other, 7%
