During the fiscal year ended June 1999, the company discontinued its transportation operations and entered into an asset purchase agreement with C.H. Robinson Company to sell all the assets of Vertex Transportation, Inc. The liquidation and dissolution of the company is to be implemented subsequent to thesale of Vertex.
