Detroit Diesel MTU Allison (Chile) SA. The Group's principal activities are carried out through four divisions: Motor, Naval, Maritime and Port Services and Park. Under its motor division, it provides motors used in the mining sector, installs and maintains automatic transmissions, filters for vehicles used in mining operations, and generates electricity. The naval division builds, operates and maintains vessels. Through its maritime and port services, the Group transports salmons. Under the park divisions, it operates a 250-hectare park named Parque Aiken del Sur. Motor accounted for 82% of 2001 revenues; naval, 15%; valve, 2% and maritime services, 1%.
