Company Description
OMI Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to provide seaborne transportation services of crude oil and petroleum products. The Group operates through two segments: Product carrier fleet and Crude oil fleet. The Product carrier fleet segment provides transportation of refined petroleum products such as gasoline, naphtha and kerosene. This fleet includes two sizes of vessels; handymax and handysize vessels. The Crude oil fleet segment provides transportation of crude oil. This fleet includes vessels of four sizes: Suezmax, Ultra large crude carriers, Panamax and handysize. The Group's vessels are available for charter on a voyage, time or bareboat basis. The customers of the Group include major independent and state-owned oil companies, major oil traders, government entities and other entities.
