DFDS A/S. The Group's principal activities are to provide passenger and freight services, transport, haulage and forwarding services and other associated services. The Group operates through two divisions: Tor Line and Seaways. Tor Line division operates freight activities. It supplies Ro-Ro liner shipping and other shipping-related transport solutions in Northern Europe. Tor Line provides commercial activities which include port terminal and liner agency activities. The main customers of Tor Line group consist of international transport and shipping companies. Seaways division operates passenger activities. The main customer groups consist of holidaymakers travelling by car, Mini Cruise passengers, group travel and transport and conference passengers. The Group has operations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Poland.
