Company Description
Jaya Holdings Limited. The Group's principal activities are carried out through three segments: Offshore shipping, Conventional shipping and Shipbuilding. Offshore shipping includes owning and chartering out of offshore support vessels in serving the offshore oil and gas, marine construction, mining and harbour tug operations. Conventional shipping segment engages in owning and chartering containerized and general cargo vessels. Shipbuilding segment engages in building vessels. The Group operates in Asia, America, Europe and other countries. Shipbuilding accounted for 80% of fiscal 2006 revenues; Offshore Shipping, 19% and Conventional Shipping, 1%.
