Company Description
Central Japan Railway Company. The Group's principal activity is to operate railway transportation service and departmental chain stores. The operations are carried out mainly through the following divisions: Transportation, Distribution, Real Estate and Other. Transportation operations include passenger train transport, cargo train transports and coach travels. The Distribution division operates departmental stores in JR Central towers, sales on trains and platforms. The Real estate business includes leasing of station buildings.
