Eurotunnel P.L.C.. The Group's principal activity is the operation and financing of a fixed link under the Channel between England and France under a Concession from the United Kingdom and French governments. The Group manages the infrastructure of the Channel Tunnel and operates accompanied truck shuttle and passenger such as car and coach services between Folkestone, UK and Calais/Coquelles, France. The Group also earns toll revenue from other train operators such as Eurostar for rail passengers, and EWS and SNCF for rail freight which use the Tunnel. The Group also operates a fleet of 25 shuttle trains which carry cars, coaches and trucks. The Group has operations in the United Kingdom and France. Shuttle Services accounted for 53% of 2004 revenues; Railways, 43% and Retail and Other, 4%
