Securicor PLC. The Group's principal activities are the management and transportation of cash and valuables, cash processing, provision of security guards and patrols, and justice services. The Group is divided into three namely cash services, security and justice services. Cash services division covers cash transportation, cash management, ATM/ABM management, and secure storage. Security division consists manned guarding, monitoring and response, security technology and risk assessment. Justice services division includes prison and detention center management. In 2003, the Group acquired the remaining 75% of Geldnet, 70% of Inco Holdings and Shenzen Donar Financial Equipment Service Co Ltd. The Group also discontinued operations in Angola, Equatorial Guinea and Qatar, Securicor Wireless Technology, and the aviation security activities of Argenbright Security, and sold Securicor Information Systems, Securicor Cash Machine and its remaining 50% interest in Distribution Division.
