Cetrans Usti nad Labem a.s. (Cetrans) was founded as a joint-stock company in 1993 and changed to a holding company in 1997. The company is involved in international and national road transport, forwarding, repairs and sales of materials and goods. Cetrans has only domestic subsidiaries which are located in Plzen, Karlovy Vary, Decin, Most, Klatovy and Usti nad Labem; the company also have a 50% interest (approximately) in Internationale Spedition Decin a.s. and Tex SBS Praha s.r.o..
