With the launch of their first portable cellular phone in 1988, Audiovox Mobile Phones became an innovative cell phone company. In 2005, UT Starcom began integrating Audiovox's technology into its own line of cellular phone products after buying the company's phone division.

Only cell phone service provider Virgin Mobile currently sells new mobile phone products under the Audiovox name. Actually, this product line is most commonly known as Vox.

Many people, however, would rather continue to use their tried and true older Audiovox cell phones and avoid upgrading. For these people, here are some tips to ease their search for product support and accessories for older models.
