Strong project management skills require the ability for one to plan, organize and manage individuals and resources to complete the task at hand. You must be able to define the scope of the project and identify resources and the needs of individuals to complete the project. You need to assign tasks that reflect employee's strengths while establishing a timeline and providing leadership.
