Companies that do on-shore drilling, for instance, have a need for an international food catering service that supplies not only food but mobile kitchens, plates, cutlery, napkins, glasses, tables and chairs, and, of course, a kitchen staff. These companies carry out all the logistics for moving equipment, supplying food stuffs and setting up temporary buildings.
