Learning Thai
Speak Thai with Confidence
Reading and writing Thai can be very difficult. Even for Thai students they can have a hard time learning. They have to spend endless hours reciting the many letters of the Thai alphabet. They not only have to memorise the letters, but also the rules which change their sound depending on the position.Typing Thai can also be difficult. Although there are no capital letters, you still have to keep pressing "shift" as each key has at least two characters on them.
With the combination of vowels forms and tone markers, the Thai language has 76 letters, 44 consonants, 28 vowel forms and 4 tone markers.
When Learning Thai in a Thai Language School it is recommended to learn privately one on one, and you will have the opportunity to learn at a pace that most suits you. Group lessons are more fun for those who enjoy listening to how others speak and are progressing around you and also in which case can be motivating aswell for you to want to learn quicker than the rest.
Another good way for learning thai is by listening to songs and watching Thai movies or being around Thai People and socialising.
