Land records management section

The North Carolina Land Records Management Section is an organization established to help county and city governments record and store land record information in a uniform manner.

Unclaimed property is property the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer has acquired as a temporary custodian, because the original owner couldn't to be found. The original owner has the right to claim the property as their own.
