The Samsung 810 series consists of the discontinued E810 and the soon-to-be-launched G810

Vondafone, one of the leading international wireless phone-service providers, sold the discontinued Samsung 810 mobile phone E series. There is still ample support and information available for this product. Samsung E810 mobile phones (discontinued) features included:
  1. Compact slide-up design
  2. Photo caller ID
  3. 180-degree rotating camera
  4. 64 ringtones
  5. Over 65,000 color mobile display
  6. Multimedia messaging (MMS) including text, voice, music, images
  7. Java-based games compatible with this Samsung 810 model
Although the Samsung G810 model has yet to launch, pre-launch information about this cutting-edge product, also known as a Symbian smartphone, is available.

Symbian is an open source operating system for mobile devices, developed (primarily by Psion and Nokia) to aid the convergence of mobile phone and PDA technologies. So-called smartphone products such as the upcoming Samsung G810 and G800 (its predecessor model) typify this convergence.
