SDHC

Micro SD

Micro SD cards are 5mm by 11mm in size and are generally used in mobile phones. These smart media cards use flash memory and can be used in a computer with an adapter.

Mini SD

Mini SD cards are 21.5 by 20 by 1.4 mm in size and hold between 16 MB and 256 MB of information. Mini SDs use flash memory and are compatible with many card readers.

XD

Flash memory card

MLC chips
