You have questions about what makes a good website, eh? You'll hear the same things over and over again. But, you know what? Most of what you'll hear is wrong or doesn't matter anymore. I've been building websites for a long time and I've built some really terrible ones. Funny thing is, they all fit within the most popular suggestions; fast loading, nice colors, easy navigation, etc. Unfortunately, they performed horribly in regards to turning visitors into customers and on the search engines.
