The results of the evaluations can be done to discuss both the pros and the cons of each employees' performance as well as to allow the staff members a chance to express their concerns as well.

You have a lot of options when it comes to conducting the employee evaluation process such as how often to do the reviews, what type of information is to be covered, and how you want to conduct the reviews. Some companies choose to have bi-annual or annual reviews, while others feel it is important to meet more frequently with their employees. You may prefer to focus only on job performance, though others may address behaviors such as how the employee treats others on the staff or problems with tardiness.
