There are several things that can be used to motivate your employees including pay raises, increased benefits, and all kinds of perks in the work place. After all, keeping the staff happy is an important part of having a successful business. The happier the employees, the happier they will make your customers. You have a lot of options when it comes to conducting the employee evaluation process such as how often to do the reviews, what type of information is to be covered, and how you want to conduct the reviews. Some companies choose to have bi-annual or annual reviews, while others feel it is important to meet more frequently with their employees.
