Industrial Staplers

Tips & Advice to help you make your decision on Industrial Staplers

Businesses both industrial and corporate use industrial staplers to attach papers and other products. An industrial stapler is sturdier and more powerful than a standard home and office stapler.

There are three types of industrial staples: electric, manual and pneumatic. Electric staplers are made for intensive office work that requires a large number of stapled objects, such as reports. When the employee places the paper into the port, the machine automatically staples it. This keeps the employee's hands from tiring and cramping, which they may if using a normal stapler.

A manual or plier stapler is commonly used for stapling tougher mediums such as cardboard, plastic and linoleum. It requires more pressure to put the staples through the material, and its staples are also sturdier and larger. These are commonly used by packaging companies and carpenters.

The pneumatic stapler is used to staple through thick mediums such as wood. It does not require manual pressure to push the staple through the medium; instead, it uses air under high pressure. It is similar in form to a pneumatic nail gun, but it uses staples. These are commonly used by construction companies.
