TOP INDUSTRY LEADERS JOIN BUSINESS.COM'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Santa Monica, Calif., November 15, 2005 – Business.com, the leading search engine designed and organized for business, today announced it has expanded its Board of Directors with two new industry leaders. Matt Coffin, President & Founder of LowerMyBills.com® and Bill Harris, former CEO of PayPal, join the rest of the board in providing strategic direction and leadership to the growing organization.

Coffin is the president and founder of LowerMyBills.com®, the largest financial services advertiser on the Internet, which was recently acquired by Experian® for $330 million. Coffin earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and entrepreneurial studies from Babson College in Massachusetts.

Harris brings more than 20 years experience in business, holding several positions in the media, finance and technology industries. Harris is currently chairman of PassMark Security, and serves on the board of numerous public and private technology companies, including Macromedia and EarthLink. He was formerly CEO of PayPal and, before that, CEO of Intuit. Harris earned a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
