BUSINESS.COM PARTNERS WITH CMP AND HOOVER'S

Leading B2B Search Engine and Directory Also Renews and Expands Forbes.com Partnership

Santa Monica, Calif., Oct. 17, 2006 – Business.com, the leading search engine and directory designed and organized for business, today announced the expansion of the Business.com Network through advertising distribution agreements with CMP’s SmallBizResource.com and Hoover’s, Inc. Under the agreements, Business.com will be the exclusive provider of cost per click ads on search and content pages.

Business.com also today announced that its partnership with Forbes.com has been renewed and expanded, marking the third year of the relationship. Under the agreement, Business.com will continue to be the exclusive provider of cost per click ads on intrasite search pages and will expand its contextual presence across more content pages within Forbes.com.
