In order to provide the best search experience, Business.com searches its Directory, which is composed of business web site information and content catalogued by our analysts. For searches outside the Business Internet, Business.com will search the entire Web for the most relevant results.

Following are a few tips to help you get the most out of a Business.com search:

1. Using AND
By default, Business.com only returns results that include all of your search terms. Therefore, it is not necessary to include "and" between terms.

2. Plurals
There is no need to use special characters to search for plurals. Example: A search for the word "car" will also return cars.

3. Stemming
Business.com supports word stemming. For example, searching for "manufacturing" will yield results for any form of the word "manufacture".

4. Case Sensitivity
Business.com searches are NOT case-sensitive, meaning the use of capital letters and lowercase letters in a search query has no effect on search results.

5. Symbols NOT to use
Various search symbols such as + or - do not work within our search.
