Content Production Coordinator
The Content Production Coordinator is responsible for web project management as well as image (photo) and video research and management. As we launch new content-rich features on our DexKnows.com and Business.com sites, including a high volume of text articles and original video clips, we need a process- and people-oriented person to make sure that production milestones are tracked and communicated across departments. Also, the Content Production Coordinator will source and select images and help plan and manage video production work by outside vendors. We are looking for candidates with a background at content-driven websites, ad agencies, news organizations, software houses, video production houses, or other companies where media project management gets done.

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will work closely with multiple departments to understand and implement application requirements and workflow.

Network Product Analyst
The Network Product Analyst is responsible for providing account administration and decision support for the portfolio of Business.com Network partners. The position involves assisting with a wide range of critical activities including sales activities, optimizing existing partner implementations, analytical support, quality and performance management, general account management, and providing daily reporting around team KPIs and goals.

Day-to-day performance analysis, including the creation and analysis of daily performance reporting, identifying problem areas as well as opportunities for performance optimization via testing around product implementation, marketplace research and analysis, financial modeling, and partnering with other RHDi teams to drive problem resolution and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Create, automate and monitor day-to-day Network traffic and partner activity reporting.
  • Interpret and analyze network traffic and ad performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and create regular reporting for Business.com leadership on trends affecting Network portfolio performance and individual partners.
  • Prepare management reports that inform about the trends in Network partner activity and make recommendations for optimization based on analyzing results of structured tests, analysis of partner activity, marketplace analysis and partner input.
  • Work with the internal colleagues from product operations, technical coordination and administrative activities in support of partner implementations.
  • Participate in client briefings and product development discussions to help identify and communicate the business requirements for product development.
  • Assist Network Sales personnel to sell into new business and assist with up-selling existing partners. This may include competitive research, helping build presentations and marketing materials.
  • Facilitate the timely and accurate implementation of Network products based upon internal guidelines and processes.
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of custom implementation solutions/plans for each Network partner.

The Internet Product Manager is responsible for ushering business initiatives from idea to implementation, with a primary focus on new online product offerings, including the internal systems necessary to fulfill those products. The Product Analyst, DexNet is responsible for structuring and executing analysis surrounding current and future DexNet product strategy initiatives. This analyst will synthesize performance data and other inputs to provide analysis and recommendations to the DexNet product management staff. The analyst may also conduct analysis about future products to aid the team in deciding on the best course of action. This person should be inquisitive, analytical, pro-active, organized and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of product analysis and reporting to identify performance trends and financial impacts.
  • Create analyses specifically to drive optimization of the DexNet processes and performance.
  • Utilize analytics to provide product enhancement recommendations.

Senior Advertising Product Analyst
The Senior Advertising Product Analyst is responsible for day-to-day performance analysis of existing Business.com advertising products, and business planning analysis of proposed new advertising products. These products include pay-per-click, fixed-rate subscription, CPM-based listing and display products that appear on Business.com, the Business.com Network and other distribution outlets.

Day-to-day performance analysis, including the creation and consumption of daily performance reporting, identifying problem areas as well as opportunities for performance optimization via A/B testing, marketplace research and analysis, financial modeling, and partnering with other RHDi teams to drive problem resolution and performance analysis.

New product analysis including partnering with Sales leadership and other teams to identify new ad product and pricing opportunities, research and assessment of advertiser needs, and performing financial modeling and analysis of prospective ad product performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and monitor day-to-day ad products reporting.
  • Create and manage prioritized list of ad product projects. Provide ongoing reporting on active projects and lessons learned from past initiatives.
  • Recommend ad product changes based on creating and analyzing results of structured A/B and/or multivariate tests, financial analysis, marketplace analysis and advertiser surveys.
  • Champion and coordinate ad product initiatives with other departments specifically Engineering, Marketing and Sales and Product team members to achieve results.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and create regular reporting for Business.com leadership on trends affecting ad product performance and overall B2B ad products marketplace.
