Configuration Management Engineer
The Configuration Management Engineer will have at least four years of SCM experience to aid in the current and future development of Business.com. This individual would be the owner of the various development, test and production environments, ensuring that all environments are built, configured and changed in the same reproducible manner.

Responsibilities

Customer Care Representative
Customer Care Representative (CCR) is responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity with regards to proper Client, Account and Lead assignment. The CCR is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a segment of Business.com's Featured Listing clients as well as all Standard Listing clients. The position involves account support for a select group of active clients as well as handling incoming questions from Self-Service Enrollment clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure lead sources are updated daily in CRM
  • Maintain the Client Review Queue in CRM on a daily basis
  • Handle reactive and proactive client issues based on pre-determined service level requirements.
  • Utilize campaign optimization, product knowledge and objection handling skills to ensure a specific client retention goal.
  • Re-define client needs and campaign goals to assist in further optimization of each campaign.
  • Create proposals as needed as well as coordinating/implementing mapping optimizations.
  • Review/update Titles, Descriptions, URLs/landing pages, Tracking codes, Categories, CPCs, and Multi-links.

Our sales team is looking for self-motivated, career-oriented sales people interested in driving their own income and taking charge of their own career advancement. Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and successfully managing and executing direct marketing campaigns and marketing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in developing, executing, and analyzing direct marketing campaigns; project planning and management; preparing technical requirements and work orders; managing cross-functional teams and outside agencies and measuring and interpreting results. The Marketing Manager will report to the Director, Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns targeting specific advertiser prospect profiles, establish list criteria, create customized messaging and offers, manage creative development and production, and measure and deliver results.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to build prospect relationship through the sales cycle with the ultimate goal of new client conversion.
  • Oversee marketing requirements for updates and future redesign of the Business.com Ad Center, Knowledge Center, Press Center, and About Us sections of the site.

Skills/Qualifications

Online Content Editor
The Online Content Editor is responsible for reviewing our advertising and content listings within a specified time period to ensure relevancy, quality and adherence to Business.com guidelines. The Content Editor will also assist in ongoing client education initiatives and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide post-live review of Featured and Directory Inclusion listing titles, descriptions, URLs/landing pages, keywords and listing placement in the Directory.
  • Edit listings for grammatical accuracy, adherence to Business.com editorial guidelines and style.
  • Provide pre-live review of non-paid Directory Listings for inclusion in the Directory.
  • Coordinating/implementing mapping optimizations.
  • Develop content for the Business.com Help Center, including text and video tutorials on FAQs and optimization tips; update all tutorials as needed.

Product Director
The Director, Product is responsible for day-to-day leadership and championing of new content initiatives for the Business.com website. This includes free and paid directory listings, editorial content, and other projects to enhance Business.com's position as the Web's leading resource for purchasing B2B products and services. This position includes research and assessment of user needs, financial modeling, key metrics analysis of website performance, pricing, development and execution of strategies to improve user experience and monetization, and creation of partnerships as necessary to build new products and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Champion & shepherd new product and content initiatives, which improve user experience and achieve targeted key metrics improvements.
  • Coordinate initiatives with other departments - specifically Engineering, Marketing and Sales and Product team members to achieve results.
  • Monitor financial and non-financial key performance indicators and create regular reporting for Sr. Staff on trends affecting performance.

The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for identifying the marketing needs of a wide variety of B2B companies and industries and put together programs for the Featured Listing product; a topic-based, auction priced program.

Responsibilities

  • Hit or Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Cover all Agencies, SEO's, SEM's in territory as well as maintain up to 100 client direct relationships.

Vice-President of Sales
The VP of Sales is responsible for setting the Business.com Sales agenda - what we sell and how we organize to sell it. He/she will make Business.com a "must buy" for all major online B2B marketers, thereby meeting and exceeding all company revenue goals.

This executive will define and develop revenue-generating products to leverage Business.com's audience, including but not limited to the company's core cost-per-click advertising solution. New offerings might include alternative pay-for-performance products, site and/or newsletter sponsorship, behavioral targeting, self-serve sign-up and other solutions. This executive will also lead development of a comprehensive selling strategy to maximize revenue via Business.com and RHD Sales teams, plus on-site and direct marketing initiatives.

The VP, Sales will manage Business.com's Inside and Strategic Sales teams, and the Sales support organization. Responsibilities include strategy development and execution, team member hiring and training, incentives and overall productivity.

We seek a seasoned, hands-on sales executive with a track record of developing innovative revenue-generating products, and organizing Sales teams to consistently exceed sales goals. This executive is a highly motivated, energized and productive sales and business development team leader who excels at developing new business and brings a strong network of contacts in the advertising community, ideally specializing in B2B.

We seek a highly independent, assertive, and confident self-starter who has a strong sense of sales urgency and thrives on a fast-paced and entrepreneurial Internet company environment.

As a member of the senior management team, and as an internal advocate for advertiser needs, this person also engages in all company strategic decision-making, with emphasis on new product development and user experience enhancements that improve value for advertisers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the Sale strategy, including organizing and right-sizing the Sales teams, partnering with RHD Sales teams, and all other functions to assure consistent sales growth exceeding revenue goals.
  • Use industry best practices to develop a complete Sales business process for the Inside and Field teams including the hiring, training and retention of the appropriate sales organization, promotional programs and new business development best practices and techniques.
  • Develop a complete sales pitch and training program, including a winning core selling proposition, key sales point elevator pitch, consultative skills to highlight ?hot button? selling points based on advertiser feedback, and clear guidance on overcoming common objections.
  • Manage by numbers. Establish a clear sales milestone pipeline, measure activity and activity quality at each milestone, and utilize the pipeline as both a coaching mechanism and a means to accurately project sales productivity vs. goals.
  • Partner with the VP, Marketing to create effective sales marketing programs, including lead development, sales marketing materials and other sales marketing programs.
  • Leverage all other company resources to maximize revenue and meet sales goals.
