Become a licensed Connecticut property assessor

Connecticut recognizes three categories of appraisers. A state provisional licensed appraiser must work under the supervision of a certified appraiser. A state certified residential appraiser can perform appraisals on residential property and a certified general appraiser can perform appraisals on all types of property.
