Are you interested in call routing services? Call routing refers to the practice of rerouting incoming calls to a location outside of the specific place dialed. This is almost exclusively done by businesses do to large call volumes and is rarely if ever necessary for individuals. A call may be rerouted under a number of circumstances, most often it is done when a business is too busy to answer all of the incoming calls in which case the call may be routed to an outsourced firm or to a message machine. Businesses may also reroute calls while they are closed and no one is available to answer the phone. In addition routing systems can operate within different departments of a business, for example a caller may be prompted to choose an option and their call will be routed according to their answer.
There are all kinds of companies that specialize in various routing systems, and companies which may be outsourced specifically to answer incoming calls. Some of the things you will want to consider include the complexity of the routing system and the number of options, if any, for callers and whether the calls should be routed to people or a machine. Price depends on the system's complexity or whether you hire a call center for the task.
