Any suggestions for scheduling software that includes a way to receive personal requests from users?
I work for a church with multiple locations and we need a way for people to submit prayer requests and arrange things like hospital visits and 1:1 counseling appointments. We currently use Google forms for the prayer requests and route them to the right location, but end up going back and forth with people on the visits to dates/times that work for all parties. I'm looking for software that combines some type of "request" form where people can enter personal requests, and scheduling software so we can get away from Google forms. Any suggestions?
Hi! Just came across your question and an app that my team recently developed immediately came to mind - True Vine Media.
It's an app that's designed to build stronger church communities and foster fellowships. Through this application, users can submit prayer requests and access video content/live streaming of prayers, sermons, and events. Although we haven't integrated anything for counseling or appointment booking, I thought you might find the app useful anyway.
Here's a link to its case study, in case you'd like to check it out: https://www.tekrevol.com/case-studies/true-vine-media
And here's the website's link, for your reference: https://truevinemedia.org/index.php
Hope this helps, and good luck!
I'm hoping that some of our experts will come to your rescue here with an answer to this unique situation. However, I did some of my own research to see if I could find anything that meets your requirements. On our sister site, Business News Daily, I came across an article about using Facebook for scheduling. It looks like FB just recently launched an update where you can allow "customers" to create appointments through your Facebook page. I do not know much about it and have never tried, but this might be a solution since many people already have access to Facebook!
Hoping this helps or at least sparks some ideas.
