Do you have any recommendations for a CRM with VoIP capabilities in one solution?
I am looking for an off the shelf solution that offers a CRM that can be customized to support multilingual interface and will offer built-in voice over IP capabilities (and preferably email as well). Basicly a one stop shop for call center services that will allow to both manage and contact users in a seamless and fully integrated manar. Any such solution or closest thing to it? If need to integrated a few solutions, which would you recommend?

We have a tool, but not fully developed on the interface and built in voice IP.. it will have a video conference room -.Msg me if you want the link. Free version holds 100 contacts plus some features. The paid version at only $25.99/ month has even more features then most systems that cost hundrerds of dollars/ month. If you are talking about integrating within a phone system, I almost sure that can be arranged with an API but will be custom charges to do this.
