Do you use Neuro Linguistic Programming?
What are your favorite and most frequently used NLP statements? How do you find new NLP statements, and to what extent do they alter your flow of thinking?
Hi Arthanari - great question.
Easy answer: Yes, EVERYONE in the world since the beginning of time who has achieved a positive outcome uses NLP.
That said, while the basis for NLP has been known for thousands of years, 'NLP' as a body of knowledge has only been around for some decades. And more recently being confirmed via Quantum and Neuro Science techniques.
While you ask about 'finding' NLP 'statements', everyone knows (you too?), aren't they already inside you now? That's right. Google NLP 'Learner State' or 'Hakalau' for your most effective, natural and instant access to your inside resources (ends any need to meditate for hours). I empower myself and my VIP clients to live 24-7 in Hakalau.
As you can tell, while I'm Board Certified as a Master Coach and Trainer in NLP, I more frequently apply my Board certified skills in Time Line Therapy (4th+ Dimensions), Hypnotherapy and Quantum Change (see www.is.gd/Quantum). I apply them to empower my VIP clients to wipe out self-limits and consistently CREATE outcomes that serve them best. In just minutes or hours, frequently by phone/Skype.
How soon will you decide now how I can empower you further Arthanari?
I have used NLP for quite some time. There are so many different concepts similar. Although I find it very useful, I feel influencing people is the way to go through inspiration. I has helped my leadership and success tremendously.
Modeling someones physiology or reading their breathing posture etc., is a good gift but it takes much more.
My favorite NLP statements are:
"How you feel is not the result of what is happening in your life - it is your interpretation of what is happening. Succesful people's lives have shown us over and over again that the quality of our lives is determined not by what happens to us, but rather by what we do about what happens."
"It's important to remember that emotions like depression do not happen to you. You don't "catch" depression. You create it, like every other result in you life, through specific mental and physical actions."
"Whether you believe you can do something or you believe you can't, you're right."
These statement are taken from Anthony Robbins' book Unlimited Power. I often find new statements by reading Tony's books and they certainly alter my flow of thinking!
Q: "Do you use NLP?" A: Of course, everyone does. "Neuro Linguistic Programming" refers to the images and ideas which pop up in our brains when we hear specific sounds, i.e. words.
I believe there are much more advanced psychological practices than NLP. It's certainly a good start, but self-hypnosis sessions of things like time distortion are much more fun and useful.
Are you addressing Neuro Linguistic Programming? If so there are lot's of affirmative behaviors. There is so much out there about the benefits of positive thought.
