Does anyone have a recommendation for an online decision tree tool?
I usually use a whiteboard or powerpoint to make decision trees, but would prefer to find a simple-to-use online tool. If anyone has used one they would recommend, let me know. Thanks!
Below are some free online decision-making tools:
1. SmartDraw
2. Canva
3. LucidChart
4. ZingTree
5. SilverDecisons
6. Textografo
A software for decision tree with 32/64-bit OS:
1. Microsoft Visio
2. Knuggets
Depends on the structure of the tree whether it's a binary tree or a recursion tree. Most of the organizations are using Microsoft Visio as their core Software for Charts making. If you want to make a quick tree and you have less time then you should use a SmartDraw online tool.
I hope this will help you!

The Brain (www,thebrain.com) is a nice tool and has options for growth depending on what you needs are. You can use this for collaboration as well.
Personally, I prefer off-line tools so that I can get back to what I am working on from anywhere (and being in nature for me is a great environment to mind map, make decisions etc.). The one I use (free download) is FreeMind.
Freeplane Mind Mapping Software "Freeplane is a free and open source software application that supports thinking, sharing information and getting things done at work, in school and at home. The core of the software is tools for mind mapping (also known as concept mapping or information mapping) and using mapped information.” Freeplane is an excellent tool for marketing planning. - See more at: http://www.dwsassociates.com/marketing-tools/planning/#sthash.QxFtBTfG.dpuf
It’s a free download from the people at Mind Mapping Software. I use it to create all sorts of decision / process trees. It’s especially useful as I layout plans for software apps. I’ve used it for other purposes like strategic planning.
You can download it from Freeplane or from the page on our website.
It is might be more than you're looking for, but Enterprise Architect from Sparx Systems http://www.sparxsystems.com/products/ea/ is what I use. The have some specific models you may find interesting: Decision Tree, Balanced Scorecard, Process Flow, "Strategy Map".
I use it for software engineering. When I take on a new project, I almost always start with an Activity Diagram to understand systems interaction. About $300 for the individual package.
The tool is useful. Thanks for telling people about it.
