How can I advertise my services and deals effectively?
I am a pedicurist, foot-massager in Delhi, India. Providing home/office services for the same. I have tried various advertising methods but they don't work, May I know what I can do to advertise my services.
You should definitely consider using video communication if you want instant result. When people can see for themselves examples of videos of your work using vibrant colored templates of video emails or even video newsletters, it will increase both your click through rates and customers. Who is your target audience?
If your only form of advertising is deals, you are targeting those who need your help but can't afford to pay full price.
Instead of offering deals, think about what you do that is worth paying extra for?
Do you go to their home? Do you have advanced treatments? Is there a better course of follow-up...
Once you have established who you are targeting and what they need and want, then you can better package your advertising to attract them and get response to your marketing.

For the offices you may want to provide free demonstrations during their company meetings, even chamber meetings, health fairs, women's groups etc making sure to set up follow up service and keep names and contacts for the persons who are interested. The key would be following up and providing value for money.
Also make sure and ask for referrals. Every two or three three months ask your clients for referrals. If they are happy with your service they will help you by referring somebody.
Have an optimized website and in there send tips on the benefits of your service and other related information that your clients can share. I know cost is an issue so let me know if you need help with the website.
You also need to keep records of your efforts, check your results as often as possible but not more than a week to see what is happening and what other actions you can take, sometimes you may just need to tweak your words a little.
Advertise your service on social media website. And also do search engine optimization for your website. After a month you will see results.

I think postcards are a good idea and they are cheap. See if you can leave them at local cafes or accommodation lobbies (as per my comment to Hubert). Hire someone to hand them out in tourist areas. Make sure they are in English :)
I assume you have a website. You need to optimize for local search.
What advertising methods have you already tried? There are a few methods that you can try, although I'm not sure if they will have the same effect in India as in the US:
Social Media: Build up a social media following in your area, and use your social media to communicate your services/deals with customers. You can create a contest saying that if you "like" the page you'll qualify for a discounted service, poll customers to see what their favorite services are, and post interesting articles related to your services.
Direct Mail: Create a postcard inviting customers/businesses in your local area to your business. Offer some sort of incentive (i.e. a free foot massage with every pedicure purchase).
Advertising: Obviously paid advertising is always an easy way to spread the word if you have the budget. Whether it is PPC online or in a print publication (i.e. a magazine or newspaper), that is an easy way to know you're reaching your target market and spreading the word!
I would have to know what you have done before telling you what to do. In your industry it all about trust that this person will handle my body in a manner that I would?
Hopefully you have brochures to leave in lobbies and in office dinning areas.
