How can I assess the health of my business so far?

I own a local online shop and I have been active for approx. three months.

Recently, I am getting likes and comments on my social media platforms but no actual sales.

I am trying to assess what the problem is to fix it and move on, but I've hit a drywall and I can't think of anything.

Can you please help me find a way to assess my business, find out what the problem is, and how to fix it?

My online store is www.otloubnow.com.

Thank you in advance.

Serge, likes and comments are great but as you have now learned, they are not sales. The question I have is- what type of market analysis and research did you do BEFORE you started this business? Do you truly know your audience? Do you know they want and need what you have to offer? Have you assessed your competitors and, if so, how have you differentiated yourself from them?

These are but a few of the questions that should be answered BEFORE you start. I have no way of knowing if you did this or not, but this is a place to start. If the answer is no, as harsh as it seems, go back to square one.

By the way, your site, as listed is not active.

Have patience. It takes time to establish such business. Three-month is too small a period to assess result.

Start online advertising campaign, its very cheap.
