How can I design an attractive logo for my startup?
I am going to launch my start-up in a month. It is an online platform for delivery of foods & beverages. I have got some design but it is not looking attractive and appealing. How do I design something more attractive?
You can use an online logo creation tool for example. Also, there are different programs like Figma, Xd, Photoshop that could help you.
Or you can connect with the Anuitex company (http://anuitex.com) where experts will create a great logo for you.
I know that https://shakuro.com is dealing with web design and can make a pretty logo for you. I know that it's not so easy, the main thing is to find a reliable company and to read their feedbacks.
Hello Rahul, the below-given article will surely help you to get the answer to your question.
5 Factors That Will Leave a Lasting Impression of Your Logo
Don't do it yourself if you're not a designer. Honestly, there are a ton of options out there, and although I wouldn't advise it you can go to Elance or some other platform to get something cheap if that's what you're looking for. However, you WILL get what you pay for. Good luck!
If it is not your strength, please look in to a professional graphic designer. It makes sense to invest once instead of having to rebrand later. If you need some assistance, I would be more than happy to help you. I own a printing company where we have in house graphic designers with a lot of experience in logo creation.
First my favorite guide is: Does your Logo Fumble or Win the Championship?
And then there are the "bread and butter" questions...:-)
Warmest regards, - The Pragmatic Web Designer
A designer will be able to help you design the perfect logo. Each logo needs specific requirements so it's a hard question to answer without looking at it or working on it with you. So I would suggest hiring a designer who can revamp your logo. They will know how to change it and execute the design properly for you.
You definitely have to do the research. Know who your target market is and find out what visual stimulus will help you to reach out to that market for your specific field. This includes shapes, colors, words and so on.
Rahul, congrats on your new venture!
As for your question - if design is not something you're strong at, simply hire a professional designer, as there are no strict direct guidelines on "How to make design more attractive". Plus, you also need to take into account UI/UX sides of things. If it's an e-commerce platform, and not a web site of some art gallery, attractiveness is not the most important thing. The main is to make it simple and intuitively understandable. Just hire a person who understands what is what.
In my head, attractive logos happen when you:
Have a solid purpose
Have an awesome designer
Work with your team and awesome designer
Eddy Sleiman gave you great advice. Don't go to some online logo generation site but find someone you can work with one on one who will listen to you and what you want your logo to represent. Companies spend money on logos because it will become their recognized advertising focus for many years and you want it to be memorable and easily recognizable. You don't have to spend a thousand dollars to get a good logo but you sure should plan on spending more than that $49 or $99 online special.
Look for some more...If your budget can afford , hire someone. When you portal is ready pls share I will love to order some deliveries.
I have designed literally hundreds of logos for different companies. The first thing I do is research. Who are you selling to? What does your company stand for? Your brand is your signature of your company, it defines you. It should represent everything that makes your company great.
This means knowledgable typeface choices, color, and mark. A professional designer is someone who can make intellect choices like those for you. A businesses man does not a designer make. I am always available for consultations day or night. You can reach me at 914 920 9828, feel free to connect.
I would hire a professional designer that is great a logos and branding. This is not something that you can afford to "wing"...This is a part of the foundation of your success...And there is a strategy in designing logos where they can be applied in many ways and on many different backgrounds..
You are embarking on an exiting new journey in a month. Having your visual identity right from the start is very important to the success of the business. A factor that is often underestimated by entrepreneurs.
I have taken the initiative to answer your question from building a brand perspective rather than just designing a logo.
Your visual brand identity is how you will represent your brand through critical components: logos, names, typefaces, styles and colours.
This ensures consistency of the brand's image across all communication channels, platforms, mediums and materials.
In this day and age we have a lot of information and very little time, it is therefore very important that your brand have a creative visual expression that indulges, inspires and drives people.
Your target audience have a tendency to develop their opinion about who you are and what you are before they can hear what you have to say. So, although creating character and personality remains important for success, it is equally important to dress the part.
Please don't take the development of the corporate identity light. Here you are building your strategic brand framework (values, personality, etc.) which will drive communications, behaviour and so on.
To build the visual identity, try to work through the following:
1- Choose your brand name (I presume this is ready by now)
2- Design your logo - An excellent logo should have the following characteristics: Attractive, Cohesive, Versatile, Sophisticated, Conceptual, Distinctive, Enduring, Legible, Memorable and Relevant.
It is often very hard to have all these characteristics unless the designer is very experienced and therefore the alternative would be to consider as much of these characteristics as possible.
3- Choose your corporate colours
4- Choose your fonts
5- Develop your tag line
6- Develop your brand guidelines
I do not recommend you go to any website that exposes you to hundreds of designers. You need someone who can build a brand, who can interpret your strategic business objectives and respectively develop your visual identity.
If you need more information please let me know.
All the best in your venture. Eddy
I would recommend hiring professional for logo design,
Since Brand identity is very important for future. (its done once in new business usually)
Congratulations on your new business! Look into a designer. While some designers can be pricey, you can also put your project out to bid on Web sites like elance.com, crowdspring.com and others. There are also companies out there like 99 designs. While that may not be an ideal option, it may offer you a more polished appearance without breaking the bank. Best of luck!
I would suggest investing in a designer. If it's not your strength, it's very much worth spending your time on more important things in building the business.
Good luck in your venture!
First off, Congratulations on your new startup! Deciding on starting off in itself is a great decision. When you do your logo, it should not be mistaken with just a fancy piece of design. Consider the following when working on a logo:
1) Decide on your brand colors. It needs to reflect the colors and message of your brand
2) Try to keep it simple
3) Your startup name need be clearly readable. If your name consists of two or more words, try to use separate colors, size or capitalize first letter of each word to improve readability.
4) make it unique
5) Research online to see what kind of logos do other companies in the same business have.
6) Include graphical/icons to support the idea.
7) Save it in PNG file when saving for production use so you can easily use it on any bakground.
A logo designer company can help you come up with the right logo. Usually they offer various options to chose from.
Hope it helps.
