How can I effectively market my real estate business?
I have many offers to sell, but need advice on where to publish them effectively, free of charge. I'm presently posting on my Timeline on Fscebook, but results are disappointing!
As many have posted the answer depends greatly on the demographics of the property buyer you are looking to reach. Each property has characteristics which can be attractive to certain buyers. Focus on what might be triggering the search for your property. If it is a luxury home that is priced in the top 5% of other homes in the area, located a block from a great school, yet commuting distance from a large city - your buyer might be an affluent couple who has, or is looking to start, a family yet be close enough to high paying career. Thinking about the industry such people are occupying in the location of your property as well as their needs (be it a great school system, a commuting location, nightlife etc.) will guide you in your social media content and networking activity.
For instance in such an example as a luxury home in a great school system you might create a series of blog posts talking about the school system, the commuter life, the unique aspects of the community your property is located in. Then share links to those articles on social networks from Facebook to Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, etc. depending on what is most appropriate for your target buyer. Feel free to sprinkle in reshared links about similar content, share quotes and other insights - this builds your chances of catching the eye of someone in the middle of making a critical home buying decision.
Hi Ihssan
Your profile does not show which country you reside in, where the properties are located, and where or to whom you hope to sell these properties.
Depending on your answers to the above our advice would be different as each market and consumer segment has it's own unique behaviours and hence you need to target them through different channels.
We are based in Costa del Sol, Spain, which is the home of Vacation Homes in Europe. Our Web Design and Hosing business looks after many Real Estate businesses on the coast.
In Costa del Sol you will not be able to sell property based on unpaid Facebook postings. Property sales require heavy investment in advertising and promotion, which explains the fees Realtors demand to sell a property. If it could be done via free channels, then owners would not need pay commission to Realtors. After-all why pay for something if you can do it yourself for nothing.
I cannot comment about your location as I have no idea where you are based, where your properties are based, and who is your target market.
Sorry I cannot be more specific but you need to provide specific information about your requirements for anyone to give you valid and useful advice.
Social media is very effective, but there are some keys to effectively market your business.
1. Brand Awareness
2. Build trust and gain followers
3. Know and follow your potential customer
4. Do not only promote yourself by sharing your stuff, but also share other stuffs where all can benefit.
5. Social media is all about Engagement. Engage with your audience.
Be creative in doing your social media activities. Building a name for your business online is not that easy and takes a lot of patience. But if you learned enough and know the process well, your effort will be worth it.
Hello! Have you ever tried using some advertising networks for your needs? They work really nicely, I have to say. I have a small Bitcoin related business, and I use the help of https://bitmedia.io network for it. It works really great, and I can totally recommend it to you too
Hello, friend!
You can arrange a presentation or conference to market your real estate business effectively. This service may help: http://proektainc.com/services/conferences-organization.html . These guys have recently set an awesome conference with our business partners and some loyal customers.
You say nothing about the type of real estate you are trying to sell or where it's located, price-point, condition, local market sales history, availability, scarcity, etc.
This is key to communicating effectively with the appropriate market and differentiating your offerings with any competition. And it's part of what determines where you need to place your properties for effective exposure.
I think you need Real Estate Sites than Facebook. Further you need to explore those site where local people is targeted. You can approach local cable and real estate dealers and sub-dealers.
I am not an expert, but I know every business man gotta have it's personal website or website which support his business. Here are some web templates for real estate projects http://www.templatemonster.com/category/real-estate-WordPress-themes/ , may be will be useful for you.
You gotta have powerful web support ( personal website, social networking ), it is very important. Flyers could become rather helpful ( here are some good printable ones https://styleflyers.com/category/free ). Once you close your first succesful deals, you will be recommended to other clients.
Good luck!
