How can I attract customers to my offshore IT company?
We have an IT Outsourcing company and we work on various job portals to get projects from global clients. The issue I'm experiencing is that I can't find B2B projects for my company.
How do you recommend I connect with customers who are in need of our services? Our company's main focus is providing services for web and product development.
Bui, if your team is good, then contact me. I might have an offer, but we must talk. You must not try to do it yourself. Programmers are not marketers or sales agents or business developers. Each of these are specific and professional fields, just like programming is. Contact me.
Go with email marketing as it requires lots of research along with SEO and PPC.
Get good reviews, ISO certification, regular press release. Pay bloggers to write about you. Get social account verified with the help of press release.
Large enterprises take a long time to close a sale. They'll have multiple procedures like abiding with their prerequisites and many decision-makers agreeing to hand over the project to you. It becomes really tough if you are a small company, as many of the decision-makers will not want to hand over the project to someone nonproven.
Let me tell you a technique which has really worked for me.
Findrvice companies who already do projects from these big companies.
Out of these identify those who are small and medium.
From there take those who have resource crunch on your area of expertise.
Reach out to them, if possible with a good recommendation ( use LinkedIn to find who can recommend you)
Even this method will take around 6 months. However, will be much faster than reaching out to big enterprises directly.
