How can I get more clients to use our recruitment services?
I work for a company that provides recruitment and remote work/freelancing services. We want to hire more US candidates, but that means we need more clients willing to hire US workers. How do we market ourselves and secure more small-medium sized businesses that want to work with us and use our services?
I am technically in your target market because I am essentially a freelance content writer and editor for small businesses. I have stumbled upon a lot of businesses doing Craigslist posts... this may be something to try if you have a client with a specific service they need to be filled. You could post the job and then engage with people who reply to let them know that you can connect them with further work.
A more professional/classier way would be to do manual targeted searches for freelancers on LinkedIn. Engage with content they post, find them on other social media platforms and post your own content that establishes you as THE USA expert for connecting freelancers with their clients. Whenever anyone likes, follows, or engages with you (or you with them) offer them some way to test you out for a limited time that would be a no-brainer on their part.
Just a couple of thoughts, I hope this gives you some firepower to work with. I know more freelancers are fumbling for clients and I have been there. It is really frustrating and the biggest fear is that trusting a company like yours to help us would cut too much out of our profit when we do get work. No one wants to get scammed out of their money, right? So keep that in mind when you are pitching to them, know what they are afraid of and address that fear with your rebuttal to it before they can even bring it up.
Bless you and your business!
