I am running a business where we provide content writing and graphic design services. How can we get more valuable clients on a daily & regular base?
Join Freelance websites such as odesk, elance, guru or thumbtack. Also go out and network with your target audience. Help them understand why they should choose you.
To attract, you need to be attractive. You need to know who to attract and what makes them interested in you. People show interests on you when they are at that point looking for content + graphic design ...therefore you should regularly looking for people who need "timely" service.
"how to attract" and "how to look for" are two aspects you are asking for. There are many people provide very useful advise on "how to look for" here already, thus I will not work on it.

I have many of the same questions you do as I am still a start-up. I have been on the education side of writing for a long time. In my experience the best way to procure new clients is to share your talent with new readers.
This might sound strange but the good old social approach still offers great result. Mention what you do to new people you meet. Be genuine about your abilities and always deliver more than you promised in a timely manner.
I agree with some of the prior responses that odesk, elance, freelance.com, etc., are great for gaining additional exposure. If you garnish the right relationships, it could help establish a solid base as well.
Do you have a niche for your content writing and graphic design or is it more widespread? If it is niche, you can look into potential guest blogging opportunities with blogs that share similar customer bases. For instance, my company writes about paid search marketing but one of our most popular guest bloggers writes about personal branding, which is a topic important to our base of clients. As a brand strategist and designer myself I know how hard it can be to find new clients, my best advice is ground work. Explore the hashtags on Twitter, facebook and Instagram. Check Craigslist for clients who have an immediate need for your service. PROMOTE! PROMOTE! PROMOTE!
Vishwa, there is a great book (and website) called "Get Clients Now" by C.J. Heyden. She does a great job outlining all the steps from basic (business cards) to more advanced on how to find, reach out, pitch to, and keep clients. I highly recommend it!
