How can I grow my business with more services?
Well I already wear many hats in my business. I have a platform to sell my clothing line and I offer consulting through my blog and I also post how to videos on YouTube. The one thing moving slowly is the services and how to get more people engaged so I can start generating a revenue.
I sees 2 questions here in fact - "to add more services" and "to get more sales".
Are you trying to increase sales via getting more business or thinking that offer more services will lead to more sales?
For the sake of simplicity, I would prefer you focus on "how to get more sales" and forget about more services if you are a startup.
I strongly believe that you can make more if you focus on a target customers group when startup rather than focus on too many services/ product.
There are many good advise on how to increase sales here or you may search google for the answer.
If you're selling B2B services, have you tried LinkedIn? I'm not all that familiar with your industry specifically, but I've found LI to be an effective way to communicate with people in all sorts of industries for B2B communication. You can find and contact the decision makers you need by using the powerful LI search feature. You can also find and engage with these people in relevant LI groups.
If you're looking for ways to generate leads and customers through your blog, I'm in no way affiliated with Don Crowther, but I highly recommend his Content Max online blog training program. It includes tons of information about how to get the most out of your blog content and how to make money from it. He is a great teacher, he instructs in an easy-to-understand/non-technical manner and the content is mostly in video format with some worksheet downloads. Cost is around $200 including a 30-day money back guarantee. You can find out more here: http://doncrowther.com/contentmax-2
My recommendation is to take the time to design your Product Funnel Strategy. Your Product Funnel is your list of free, low-priced, med-high priced, high priced and premium priced products and services listed in an upside down pyramid graph. The idea is to design your road-map of how to start attracting people down that funnel. People may be first attracted to you and your message via some free offers, blog articles, free how-to videos...Then you will want to introduce those people (already taking advantage of your free services) to your lower or mid-range products like a subscription based program, a group consulting/mastermind program, a group workshop series, etc. Then you use your mid-range products to lead some clients to the higher range programs (which can be bundling of several products and services together)
If you take the time to create and design your product funnel upfront, you can better market and up-sale your business.
Perhaps your message doesn't resonate with your target market. If it doesn't speak to your target market and ideal client, then nothing else matters. It won't generate revenue.
Have you defined a target market and ideal client?
Who wrote the script for the video? Who writes the blog? Who wrote the copy for your website? What other marketing do you do?
Do you use metrics to track the results of the various marketing channels you use?
Perhaps a marketing audit is in order before you do anything else?
Reyna,
I did a google search to find you.. ended up here - katchykharisma.wordpress.com/
There is a link here - www.katchykharisma.com/ - which goes to a forbidden page?
As a result, I was unable to find what services you offer.
I agree that a more comprehensive marketing effort is the way to go.
Have you considered a free, confidential audit of your business plan by a local Score mentor?
Good Luck!
Doug
Hi Reyna,
I am translating your question as if you want to grow your sales, because all your other services seem to be complementary or alternative advertising channels for your products. I went through your blog and from there to your website. Here's what I noted:
1) Your blog character is strong and special, and targets a specific audience. This leads to two other questions:
a) How wide this audience is?
b) How much are these people able to spend?
So first identify that audience and attract them to your channels to convert them to buyers. Since you already create videos on Youtube, educate them there and make it more like presenting a lifestyle and way of looking at life, rather than just about advertising products.
2) I suggest that you improve the layout of your blog to have it display the content better and give you the feeling that there's a lot of content there.
3) After that I went to your website so I could see the products and get straight to the point.
I suggest that you match the branding of your blog and your website more, so that you maintain a style and increase your brand awareness.
After having your online presence in place and you audience defined, you can run campaigns in different channels and let people come in and get engaged with the brand.
Wish you all the best!
Provide value by knowing exactly what they are looking for and putting the information there for them to find through the use of seo. Once you have optins, you continually engage them.

Think "Globally"
I suppose that one of the questions is about growing my business, and I always send this article https://www.pinoybisnes.com/grow-your-business/top-11-effective-tools-every-marketer-should-use-in-2019/ about the top effective tools that are obligatory to use.
I wish I could upvote this more than once. Well said, JC. I'm not even going to add my own answer :)
