How can I do a market segmentation analysis for my travel agency?

First what does your travel agency specialize in because this plays a major role in creating a strategy and segmentation. Have you taking the time out to think about your target demographics and why they should your agency over another agency? What does you agency have to offer that others do not? How long have you been in the field; create an approach that doesn't sound like a resume, but yet still gets the point across. Face to face is always great, but one thing you want to avoid is sounding like a pushing sales person; so make sure you use a warm friendly approach yet still assertive. Make sure once you list the target demographics and create your segmentation strategy; keep in touch with all potentials. Also, always allow a way for your company and sales reps to be surveyed so that you know what you did right and wrong when reaching out these individuals. This helps you with your strategy in the long run.

what ever you do, you want to make sure that you optimize your result. What I mean is, research what people are searching for the most as far as travel agents are concerned, the kind of service people look for the most, what people's expectations are when they deal with travel agencies. Father this details and keywords, and implement it to your on page and off page SEO. This will help solve your problem. The name of the game is moving more towards what makes the loudest noise. If you choose to hire an SEO expert, I wont tell you that I am...rather show you. I think action speaks louder than words. First through different sources make a list of people who love to travel ,than short list it and than put your full effort tell than the advantage of your travel agency and last but not lest keep in touch with these people once you get client give them best service ,it work like mouth to mouth advertisement

My target is everyone wants to travel, And I want them to have a great experience with my agency.
So what do you want to achieve by segmentation? If anyone could truly be a profitable client and you do not have a preference for any particular types of client, then why bother to segment?
However I don'l think that can be true. You must have some customers who you would prefer to serve first. What type of clients are cheapest to serve, Generate the most profits? take up least of your time? or cause the fewest problems? Which type of clients are most satisfied with your service?
