I want American investors for my project, but the problem is that I live in Tunisia and I cannot do that. How can I present my project?

Here’s the thing: depending on who you are presenting to, chances are, they might be involved in thousands of other projects besides yours. So you want to keep it simple and straightforward. Give them exactly what they need to know, what they need to do, and appear to their human side.
I think the following points are vital to include in your presentation / to keep in mind based on a cool infographic that I found (uploaded it):
What is the problem you are solving? Explain the context and why it matters. Remember: no everyone has followed the progress of you project so make sure you paint a picture for them.
Why now? Clarify the costs of not taking action NOW. Otherwise they might not think its worthwhile and postpone it.
How has the idea been vetted? Increase the credibility of your ideas by showing some evidence, talking a bit about your process.
Have you simplified the structure? Ask yourself how you can clarify and simplify the information you’re presenting, perhaps into a series of numbered steps or phases.
Have you included a story? Include stories, if not real life examples that your audience can relate to.
Have you included a call to action? Clarify exactly what action they need to take to show their support. This may seem really obvious to you, but it may not to them. Never imply what you need from them, tell them explicitly.
