How can I reach out to brokers without soliciting?
I switched niches about 6 months ago. Instead of virtual assistance for small business owners, I am now working in The Real Estate industry. In the past, I have only been on a referral base. Now that my niche is switched up, I want to know the best way to reach out to brokers and agents.
What's your marketing plan?
The answers you're getting are great, however mostly TACTICAL.
You need to think STRATEGICALLY.
To do this you need to develop a Marketing plan.

Networking is best! I would suggest attending conferences or other business events for your target segment with a booth, a presentation or with just your charm :)
I can help you with a direct marketing program that can reach real estate brokers via postal, email and/or telemarketing channels. Reach out if you'd like to discuss further
Please use all medium i.e man to man, social media, news paper, local magazine...
Send greeting cards and/or gifts to them. It is actually very convenient and affordable if you use the system I use. You get to sending them cards for 1 holiday every month or however often you want to. Or send them cards to highlight their successes, accomplishments and special moments, you can't help but to be the one they think of when they need your services or to trade referrals.
One effective method is to attend Networking Events. Brokers and agents participate in a variety of business referral groups like BNI or your local Chamber of Commerce. BNI (Business Networking International) has chapters internationally. You can attend several networking and referral meetings free as a guest. You can then build your relationships with these people from your networking meetings.
Go out to networking events. That should help. I have been getting more business that way
Social media to start but you cannot beat going to meetings seeing brokers face to face...Join Chambers and Real Estate Groups as recommended
Great suggestions here...already.. looking for ways to get in to your target market's "sandbox" or environment if my first thought. Groups, Associations, Social Media, Networking events help. Your business is needed out there it's just finding your prospective clients by communicating your Unique Value Proposition regularly. I have always found the process of "prospecting" or reaching out to potential clients both fascinating and scary!! But ...the more you understand what your IDEAL client looks like before hand , craft your message so that you are clear and concise, and always have mindset of HELPING not Pushing...you will attract the right clients to you . Remember it's a marathon not a sprint!
Good news! Real Estate people are sales people by nature. So "solicit" them all you want. And the good news- they post their contact information nearly everywhere.
And Real Estate folks are good, friendly people- and they all have their own business so they understand the hustle.
Are you doing VA work for the space? It seems sort of crowded. I ran in that circle for a few years with a software product we created.
So again- just sell to them- they don't mind. As most people don't if approached correctly, etc.
