It depends largely on your budget and if you can code. Flipkart is available on the web and they have an iOS, Android, and Windows mobile app, so it makes sense to build the mobile apps using a native cross-platform solution, like Xamarin (with C#) or Visual C++. There are other options too.
You will, no doubt, come up with a long list of features and ideas. Don't try to build an app that includes everything. Define what constitutes an MVP (minimum viable product) that will potentially excite users, but not necessarily break the bank or take a year to develop. Include this in your spec and define your features roadmap for a modular rollout.
