How do I get genuine campaigns for a call center?
We have been in the contact center industry for the past few years and are now working on inbound and outbound campaigns (technical support).
We are looking for more campaigns to ramp up our workplace, however, most of the campaigns which we see are outbound in the market and we are looking for inbound campaigns.
Any help will be much appreciated.
If you offer benefits over a company hiring their own inbound agents, what you could do is look for companies that are hiring full-time inbound agents, maybe use Craigslist, Monster.com, Dice.com ... and newspaper classifieds. Once you find those that are seeking inbound agents, approach them by phone, email, in-person or by sending a brochure outlining why they could use you, rather than internally staffing their company.
For inbound campaigns for technical support find those issues that you typically receive from your best customers and which you have detailed responses for and then craft marketing pieces around them and post them using paid media ppc etc to test the response. If you get a great response to that paid media issue then you have your first campaign.. This is just one way.
You have know how a call center can help you get those online campaigns going. Utilize the power of the Internet for your business by finding those that meet your requirements. Best of all, find the one whose goal is to achieve your desired results.

First of all let me Introduce myself, I’m Gopa Kumar an Freelancer Consultant from Kerala as I’m into the Outsourcing for the Centers in India since 2016.
Now…To understand lets get into the BPO Market first:
For Start up Centers:
Basically as a Start up you have to think why would Genuine Client do business with you if there are well established BPO Companies out there ? Of course they will approach them because they are the one who can provide better Quality Business than you ! So looking at the BPO Industry you should have the Skillset and better Management to survive in this market, so creating a Good History in your company profile is the best option before you approach biggies out there.
So you should know by now having a Good profile with excellent Quality & Management is the only way for Start up centers to gain Genuine Clients for your Business and its not that easy but we do have a work around this (explained below) for you.
Start up Centers can easily manage Non Voice comparing International Outbound/Inbound Projects because it is not that challenging. You need to have Experienced Team or HR who can handle International Campaigns perfectly.
For Established Centers:
Well performing Centers are capable of running International Projects and they can do any hardcore Campaigns without any trouble due to Excellent Team with them.
CALL CENTER CONSULTANCY SERVICES:
You may have came across a lot of Consultants out there who do Outsource Call Center Campaigns to the Start up and Established Centers in India.
In short Centers use Consultants to gain Process without any much effort else you have to hire a Marketing Company or BDM in US / India to promote your Services to get Clients which will cost you HUGE but there is no GUARANTEE you will get Potential Client for your Center.
There are a lot of Centers in India who have been betrayed by charging UPFRONT and providing them FAKE Campaigns , as per the information we have they charge 1–10 lakhs which doesn’t exist and thus it is hard for them to IDENTIFY GENUINE Consultants. See if they provide you all means of communication for getting into touch with having presence in Social Media with Genuine Identity.
Centers who do not have Proper Knowledge about the Call Center Industry are the most victims , hence you cant Blame Consultants for the same .
Now there are two type of Consultants in India : GENUINE and FAKE
Here are the few pointers to Identify them:
1. No presence of REAL PICTURES in Social Media accounts (Facebook, WhatsApp,Skype/Email/Twitter)
2. Charging UPFRONT (Of course there are Genuine too but not all are FAKE)
3. Unrealistic High Pay plan, do note Genuine Clients wont pay you Higher for Data Entry, Form Filling etc because they want it in low cost with better skills. Think what is the point of Outsourcing then?
4. Only few Communication channels to contact them. You may get only their phone number as the contact. They will not respond to your queries
