I know someone who is wanting to start a vegan restaurant. How do we find produce suppliers, and other suppliers, specifically vegan. Where do we look for the things we need to get started?
Finding good quality consistent product depends on where you live. Your larger food suppliers like Sysco can get any product. For a small operation it is best to go to a reputable farmer's market. The other is large speciality shops. Check Amazon, they do speciality items and good products for free shipping.
