How in depth should my business plan be?
I have been working on a business plan for a hospitality consultancy for about a month now and I am a bit stuck.
When working on it, how in depth should it be?
Should I be outlining possible client issues with a plan for how to fix these issues? Even though there will be a basic outline to fit every client, it will be tweaked and tailored to each client depending on many variables. I would think too many to list.
Also, I am in Qld, Australia and looking into licensing that I need. If there is anyone who knows anything about food handling certs or business licenses in Australia, I would love to hear about that too, please.
Your business plan must have an executive summary and phase-wise description with the market analysis. MVP or your product, product reviews, back history or legacy or uniqueness and your forecast for the revenue. Last you can ask for a funding request.
Executive summary. Briefly tell your reader what your company is and why it will be successful.
Organization and management.
Service or product line.
Marketing and sales.
