How in depth should my business plan be?
I have been working on a business plan for a hospitality consultancy for about a month now and I am a bit stuck.
When working on it, how in depth should it be?
Should I be outlining possible client issues with a plan for how to fix these issues? Even though there will be a basic outline to fit every client, it will be tweaked and tailored to each client depending on many variables. I would think too many to list.
Also, I am in Qld, Australia and looking into licensing that I need. If there is anyone who knows anything about food handling certs or business licenses in Australia, I would love to hear about that too, please.
