Dropship Direct is a main supplier of goods carried on our website. I read a glowing article on business.com about how highly they recommend them as a modern supplier. The fact is that I am an account holder and have been trying to get in touch with them for over two weeks. Their website was down for almost a week. When you call any of their listed numbers including the helpdesk you receive a recording saying the number is no longer in service. I have emailed them a few times and have never received a response either by email or phone. I want to know if this company is still in business and why haven't they communicated with their account holders? If anyone knows how to get in touch with them please share.
