How to find companies that need outsourced IT services?
I just started with Tech Advisors. I am trying to find companies that need IT services. Tech Advisors is an outsourced IT managed service company. So I am looking for companies with 10-150 employees and do not have a dedicated IT person. Its hard trying to figure out what companies to target. What are some ways I could find clients that need our service? I am currently going to networking events. I joined a BNI group. Trying to make connections on LinkedIn, Twitter etc... any help would be great.
I work with Granite Telecommunications and not many companies know we have a separate division called Network Integration. We do everything from structured cabling, hardware installs/rollouts, WiFi, CCTV, electrical work and hourly break/fix work on a National level. This is also the hardest part of my job. We have techs in all 50 states and Canada. Free site surveys. We provide engineered proposals and a project manager to every project as well. Cold Calling doesn’t yield the best results and I’ve done a lot of my own marketing. We don’t required any contract or volume commitments. This is something I struggle with. Thanks for your question. I hope we can find some new resources.
Hello Ryan,
I am seeking for an opportunity. If ever you have any projects to outsource or need any help in execution, please let me know the details. I have a team of 20 employees who are ready to accept any process IT development OR ITES. Please reach out me at vgcirra AT sunrisetechonline DOT COM.
I have a company directly in this space. In my experiences, I found BNI to not be the best use of our time (..this was years ago when we were a startup).
What was effective for us was opening up sales channels and creating funnels, where we were referred in by trusted authorities. Understanding that IT is a very intimate subject since you are dealing with (at times) people's livelihoods and their sensitive intellectual property. Know that your competitors (..and there are a LOT of them) will be pursuing the same things you're doing now to find business. My suggestion would be to think outside of the box and find tangent ways to funnel business back to you.
Good luck!
you can check linkedin mainly and see company employee there , talk with them and see website, talk with founders and co-founders what they can offer you,

Ryan,
Have you looked at Discover.org or looking at organizations on LinkedIn that are in the range and size. Might be a good place to start. I believe Discover.org is a paid service.
Kyle, We are facing the same problem, we are in doing IT outsourced works for the past 8 years, we implemented many Odoo projects and Customized Web apps, Some of our employees are working as remote developers for different companies around the globe. We have sound testimonials and relevant references. We expanded our sales team to US, North Carolina.
Can you suggest some of the perfect online medium to reach medium sized companies from US/ Canada/ Europe?
