Commercial real estate values has significantly declined over the years but still you can't just take it out of the industry, we still plan to increase our commercial real estate holdings. To generate substantial amount of deals, I believe using traditional marketing only is not going to cut it.

There are many types of properties contained under the heading of commercial real estate. I am most familiar with multifamily commercial or apartment investing. Apartments are an extremely lucrative investment and can generate a significant return in a relatively short period of time.
